Hi! I’m Martha, a proud Italian from Rome and passionate home cook. I love sharing authentic family recipes and cooking tips passed down by my mamma to help you bring true Italian flavors into your kitchen with confidence and joy.

In my classes, I’ll teach you the real Italian cuisine I grew up with, using the recipes and tips passed down from my mother. From simple everyday dishes to impressive menus for special occasions, I’m here to help you cook with confidence and joy.
