About Samantha

I am currently an online English teacher for children in China!
However as much as I love doing this, I love baking and cooking even more. I have taught many children and even my husband to cook and bake proficiently in the kitchen, but alas they have no more need of me and I would love to bake with others who want to experiment or grow in confidence!

About the lesson

My teaching method is a very hands on approach. We will have a recipe that excites, and we will work through it together. However, I will only step in when and if needed. You will be learning by experience but with someone who can give you confidence!
