About Léa

After doing a BTS in dietetics, and my experience in the restaurant business, I realized that what I like the most is sharing.

As I say, a good, healthy and gourmet dish changes ideas better than a simple speech.

I want to show that it is possible to fill your stomach well by eating meals that are super good and good for the planet.

About the lesson

You take the initiative to eat vegetarian or / and vegan, but you are afraid that your menus are not balanced enough or you are fed up with eggs as a substitute.
