Hello! My name is Ray and I am a Chef and food writer. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from The Culinary Institute of America. I have managed restaurants in New York City, Chicago, and Houston and have 10+ years of experience in the food industry. I also have experience in food manufacturing and recipe development. It is my goal to teach and explain the recipes you want to learn, and to help you understand why these recipes work so that you have a base knowledge of how to cook them and others in the future!
