I’ve been in the f&b industry for 16 years. Set aside 6 years in lecturing xBesides managing kitchen operatios, one of my passion is to teach and mentor others to strive in cooking skills, embrace all the basic skill in the kitchen and transform my students into a skillfull maestro in the kitchen arena in various cuisines there is.
