About Devis
Hi! I’m Devis, an Italian musician, songwriter and teacher currently based in Ireland.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music from the Conservatory of Trento, Italy, as well as a BTEC Extended Diploma in Music. I have experience teaching singing, acoustic guitar and Italian to students of different ages and levels, and I also have a strong background in chess as both a player and tournament organizer.
As a teacher, I believe that learning works best when lessons are adapted to the individual. Everyone has different goals, interests and ways of learning, so I try to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes and gradually build confidence.
Whether you are starting from scratch, looking to improve an existing skill, preparing for a specific goal, or simply learning something you enjoy, I will tailor the lessons to you and make sure you understand not only *what* you are doing, but also *why*.
I’m friendly, patient and passionate about what I teach, and I always aim to make lessons practical, engaging and enjoyable.

I’m a guitarist, singer-songwriter and music teacher with a background in Popular Music. I specialise in practical, song-based learning, helping students develop their skills while actually playing music they enjoy.
Depending on your level and goals, we can work on chords, strumming, fingerpicking, rhythm, accompaniment, singing while playing, songwriting and music theory.
No matter whether you're starting from scratch or looking to become a more confident guitarist, I'll help you progress at your own pace and make the learning process enjoyable.
