About Michela

I am a cook with more than 10 years of experience, especially in luxury yachts. 10 years traveling around the world, with the most different guests and the most unusual ingredients available have given me a great experience and flexibility. I can now offer a very varied repertoire, going from Italian to Thai cuisine, sushi, desserts and much more, without forgetting the aspects of kitchen organization!

About the lesson

I offer very personalized classes both in the choice of the subject and in the methodology, to adapt in the best way to the needs of my students. Classes can be basic, with a step-by-step explanation of basic or higher level techniques depending on the level of the individual or group. Whether they are face-to-face or online, the classes will be very practical, relearning one or more selected recipes and the necessary techniques. Attention will be paid to the environment where the student usually cooks, to give him the best advice to fully use the instrumentation he has and organize himself in the best way in his environment.

Fui a un curso suyo sin apenas saber nada de cocina...y la verdad es que me encantó! Michela sabe como mantener tu atención con explicaciones muy claras.
