I am a culinary student who works in a restaurant and takes 3 hours of a culinary class each weekday. I have been in about 4 competitions not including this year which improved my knowledge in and on cooking professionally.

I teach based on what a person is having trouble in. I like to explain why certain things are cooked the way they are. I discuss terms and give solutions to any problems people might run into during a lesson.
