About Nwosu

I'm a graduate ,a certified baker, dancer and social media manager. I choose to give out my knowledge of baking because it was passed on to me by my mother. Should i say i was born with a baking spoon? Yeah. Baking is not just about the flour and butter , but the feeling of joy people get when they see your cake because it is beautiful. And the togetherness of peace when they taste the sweetness of the cake and want to share it with others.
I believe i can hold your hands and walk you down the aisle of the baking world.

About the lesson

I know there are a lot of bakers out there that you can learn from, but this is why you should learn from me.
Baking should be fun, because the design at the end has to be filled with every dose of beauty and happiness.

I will guide you step by step on how to make several types of cakes, cake parfait, cake slices, cake fillings.

You get to learn different ways of decorating cake. Both fondant and buttericing, whipping cream i my bonus because i care about you.
