About Manjit
We have been in the baking arena for over 20 years and in 2015 became an official cottage food licensed bakery. We specialise in gourmet desserts and cakes and custom made cakes/desserts for any event. We offer classes in fondant decorating and making and decorating any kind of baked treat you can think of!

We also offer British afternoon tea for any groups of 6 or more including a history of tea and its traditions along with all the treats and authentic tea along with a British accent!! as I am originally from London, England :) a wonderful cultural expereince in the heart of the SW metro of MN
I love to meet new people and equip them in the area of the kitchen so that it is not a frightening place to be! I especially like to help adults see that working together with their children or any other dependents can be an extremely bonding and enriching experience so I specialise in parent/child (or significant adult/child) classes.
I have been baking for over 40 years (begining when I was 10) and have grown and establiched our home based bakery with excellent customer satisfaction. I have also been teaching community education classes in baking and cake decorating in every community that I have lived in for the past 15 years.
