About Jon
Ranked in the top eight nationally in college.
Over 100 victories in my college career.
Take a strategic approach with students breaking down each move and helping them to build off of their strengths.
I also work with the mental aspects of the sport, promoting a positive mental attitude and they never quit mentality.
I like working with young men or women who have struggled with the sport and turning their careers around. Sometimes it's a very simple process.
I've coached over a hundred student athletes. I have had young men that I've coached when county, district and regional championships. I'm very in tune with dietary needs as well and can help set up a proper diet so large amounts of weight cutting are not needed.
