About Adrian
27 years training and coaching in the areas of armature Boxing and high school level Basketball. In each area, I emphasize the importance of strength training, and structure my classes around fundamentals, technique and goal setting. No matter what level your at, this is the recipe for success!
I got started teaching by taking advantage of opportunities presented to me in the area of high school athletics, coaching my kids and participating in the sports I train.
Bachelor Degree in sports education from the University of New Mexico.
NFHS Certified Coach- Multiple years coaching and training high school athletes.
USA Boxing Certified Trainer
Volunteer Amateur Boxing Trainer working with Police Officers to complete in charity events.
Certified in Defense Tactics.

Meet and Greet- Finding the right fit
Goal setting, individual planning (schedule, equipment, customized routine, expectations)
Recovery/ Treatment between appointments
Training packages: 2 days a week for 1 month or 1 day a week for 2 months. All training sessions are an hour and a half.
