About Gerard

Hi, my name is Gerard Foglia Jr. I always had one dream as a kid and that was to perfect the sport of boxing. Boxing is hands down, the best mental and physical workout. I've boxed and taught boxing for about 35 years now. Boxed at many different gyms across NJ. I’ve trained with the best in the world and the worst. Through those years, I’ve taken all the best training methods, styles, techniques, analogies etc., put them all together and made it my own. I cater to each individuals exact skillset and personality. Nobody gets the same training. I always work in new things EVERY session to keep it interesting, challenging and most inportantly, FUN! No same old workouts here! My students leave each and every boxing session with more knowledge, confidence and feel acomplished. I calmly train people from the mind down, and naturally, the body follows. I believe a good relationship between trainer/trainee is very important too. You’ll be amazed on how you feel mentally just after one session and the physical part will follow shortly after. Also a lot faster then most think without over doing it. It’s all about the trainer, and good trainers are hard to come by until now😉. Especially in Boxing. My knowledge and passion for boxing shows in my workouts. I enjoy watching people transform, mentally and physically. Boxing is much more then throwing punches, it's a way of life, a new found confedence. Most of all I enjoy seeing my students overall life improve. It’s 100% guaranteed. Just have to want it and be ready mentally. Then the rest is history 💪🥊🥊
