About Weidong
What makes me very happy and satisfactoy is my wife and my son are eating beautifully and saying the food is delicious! I'm the chef of my family, always. But sometimes I feel tired when my wife asks herself and speaks out: what do we eat today? I can make foods without the same menu in one month, that's why my wife and my son love them. I have been an convenience store owner for almost 7 years in Montreal, and I have made many Chinese deli food that satisfied customers and shocked them a lot. I know how to make food and how to communicate.

Details
More effectively and precisely face to face than webcam. Cooking is always a matter of eyes, ears, noses and mouths. You can see, hear, smell and taste when in person, but only see and hear by webcam. So it's more complicated to learn from video, because you are isolated by space, you lose the chance to smell and taste from the tutor's cooking. Meanwhile, cutting vegetable and meat is a little bit different on webcam from face to face. Nevertheless, I still don't ask more money on webcam.
