Hi, I’m Mikhail. My journey with martial arts began in the high-pressure world of competitive combat. As an ex-fighter with 7 years of active ring and mat experience, I’ve spent nearly a decade breaking down the mechanics of Muay Thai, MMA, Judo, and Boxing. I know firsthand what it takes to build physical resilience, sharp reflexes, and the mental toughness required to stand your ground under pressure.

But over the years, my relationship with martial arts evolved. I realized that the true power of combat sports isn't just about winning titles—it’s about reclaiming your body, your confidence, and your peace of mind.

Today, alongside coaching, I actively dedicate my time to teaching trauma-informed self-defense classes right here in Malaysia. This specialized focus means I don't just teach you how to throw a punch or execute a throw; I understand the deep emotional and psychological layers of personal safety. I work extensively with trauma survivors and individuals looking to rebuild their boundaries, ensuring that every session is physically challenging yet emotionally safe, respectful, and entirely free of judgment.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in empowerment, not ego. Hi, I’m Mikey. With 7 years of experience as an ex-fighter, combat sports aren't just a hobby for me; they are a way of life. Over nearly a decade in the ring and on the mats, I have mastered the art of striking, grappling, and ring strategy.
HRDC Certified Trainer too.

Beyond competitive sports, I am deeply passionate about the real-world application of martial arts. I actively teach trauma-informed self-defense classes in Malaysia, helping individuals reclaim their power, build unbreakable confidence, and learn practical safety skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
