I am a former chef, I have worked in several restaurants, and have helped open several new places and have over 20 years of hospitality experience. I also sponsored a high school culinary competition team . I have tutoring and teaching experience.

I approach my lessons with interactivity, and empathy. If there is a student struggling i try to look for the root of the problem and work outward. Also I have a true passion for the subjects I teach, and want to ignite that passion in others.
