I am a vegan Cook by profession and run my own vegan food business. I am an experienced tutor and able to adapt lessons according to the student's needs and skill level. Online lessons are very practical and fun so don't forget to bring your apron and an empty stomach! You will have something delicious to sample and share by the end of the session. Minimum kitchen experience required, although you will need to know how to use kitchen appliances safely. Depending on your age and skill level, you may require supervision.

I took a vegan cooking class taught by Frances and really enjoyed the experience. Frances is an extremely positive,encouraging and knowledgeable teacher. I'm not a very competent chef, but she managed to help even me produce several tasty dishes, and broke down a lot of the preconceptions I'd had about vegan food.
Frances is open, helpful and a very pleasant and easy to understand cookery tutor. She takes her time to listen and to explain everything. Has everything planned well. Doesn't rush any of the cooking methods. I hadn't realised how easy and tasty Vegan cooking would be. Certainly a must when you want to go Vegan and you don't know where to start. Looking forward to joining another enjoyable cookery lesson with her. Thanks again Cazzamam
Frances took her time to explain everything step by step and is passionate about her subject. What she doesn't know about vegan cooking isn't worth knowing. I would book on another one of Frances's courses in a heartbeat
