About Juan

I am a historian and cook, I have worked with young people in university volunteer projects and developed my degree work around the incidence of drug trafficking in the kitchen of the cauca valley, I also worked for six months at the Balzac restaurant where I developed a little more my culinary skills. From that moment I have dedicated myself to exploring the world of vegetable cuisine and the infinite possibilities of preparing incredible dishes from a vegetable diet

About the lesson

I believe that the best way to learn is from experience, that is why I look for a channel in the kitchen to build historical knowledge by preparing dishes that generate memories. Participation is essential because knowledge is built in both ways, both teacher and student are fundamental pieces for the development of a much more fluid and rich class
