About Rene

I was diagnosed with Celiac and decided to start a food blog to help others navigate through the world Gluten Free. I focus on what CAN be eaten and how easy it is to make a meal gluten free. I show variations to transform a traditional meal into gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan too.

About the lesson

I focus on making recipes simple, healthy, and nutritious. I start with transforming classics and branch out into other recipes that feature ingredients that the person with whom I am working really enjoys. I provide assistance with meals, snacks, and sweets.
