About PHINA

My name is Odei Phina a graduate of accounting from the university of Lagos Akoka. I have several years experience working as a Secretary. Cooking has been my hobby and what I enjoy doing all the time. I can cook various African Soups /dishes ranging from White soup, Banga soup, Ofe onugbu, Ogbono, Egusi, Okra, Groundnut soup, Efo riro, Ewedu, Gbegiri, Afang, vegetable, Ayamatse sauce, chicken sauce, fried rice, Jollof Rice, white rice, Moimoi, Salad, Ikokore, Ebiripo etc.

About the lesson

My approach to personal tutoring is that its a great way to learn and understand whatever its been taught. I teach children and adult who are interested in knowing how to cook delicious and sumptuous meals. I use the practical method in my cooking class.
