About Stella

Having grown up in a traditional Greek family, I have learned to cook with fresh and organic products, recipes which promote a healthy lifestyle, representative of the Greek nature and culture. I am also able to provide a specific food plan based on the Mediterranean cuisine.

About the lesson

I will offer lessons on choosing the ingredients for the dishes, and identify those which are the best to use not only for the Mediterranean cuisine, but also for any recipe. I will provide interactive lessons, and every time create a different recipe. I will provide each recipe in writing to the student after the end of the lesson, and the cost of the lesson will include the ingredients used.
