My approach to cooking is to be healthy, economical and safe. My recipes will include healthy fillers and eliminate waste. I may be one of the healthiest cooks to date based on my medical records. I Started food serving at the age of 10 and have worked for many restaurant chains including American and Greek restaurants. I became a Meat Cook for the McDonald's chain after 13 years. I prevented a McDonald's restaurant explosion because of my acute observance of the malfunctions in the carbonation system. I have also been active in church cooking, bakery work, and camp food service.
