About Ashwini
I am a self-taught home baker. I have been baking for 13 years. I am a from-scratch baker who loves to bake with ingredients available at home.
From cookies and granola bars to muffins and tea cakes, I focus on recipes that are both tasty and nourishing.
My goal is to help students build confidence in baking while learning healthier alternatives to traditional desserts. I believe baking should feel creative, relaxing, and fun for everyone, no matter their experience level.

Hello! I am a passionate self-taught home baker who loves creating delicious treats using healthy and wholesome ingredients. I like teaching beginner-friendly baking classes focused on cookies, granola bars, muffins, tea cakes, and other homemade desserts made with millets, jaggery, monk fruit, nuts, seeds, dates, and berries. Normal ingredients baking is also welcome.
