I have been working in the hospitality industry since i was 14 years old. formally trained in the UK and travelled worldwide i have worked across all sectors of the hospitality industry from Hotels and Restaurants to commercial catering and the private industry including, personal chef to touring bands and artists, working in villas, private homes, chalets in the mountains and finally the superyacht industry

About the lesson

I can introduce students in to the world of Superyachts. With over 20 years working in the Super yacht industry i am able to take a basic cook/chef and give them all the skills and knowledge they would need to get their first job on a yacht
