About Attilio

I have the passion for cooking since I was a kid. At 18 years old I left for the US and I worked in Italian restaurants educating my clients with the culture and history of our food. Today I'm a provate Chef and I'm a tutor for team building.

About the lesson

My teaching is based on the use of typical Italian products that can be found also abroad, giving importance to the cooking process and the use of the right accessories and tools. My lessons can be followed by everybody either in Italian or English language.
