About Neal

I was the valedictorian upon graduating from Kendall College. I also earned a graduate degree in wine studies from the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena CA. I like to keep things exciting and casual while ingraining core lessons from concept, procurement, method and execution.

About the lesson

Our sessions will be casually fun and highly educational. I will teach method vs. recipe so that you can literally cook anything. Added bonus of wine education if interested. Lesson can be totally bespoke to your individual preferences. All levels.
