About Diego
Hola! I am Diego and I come from South America. I am a self-taught and passionate hobby cook. I have learned to cook about my family since I was 16. In the beginning I cooked the basics and traditional Peruvian dishes. Afterwards I got to know dishes from other world-famous gastronomy with cookbooks and workshops. Tortilla de patatas, paella valenciana, spaghetti frutti di mare are some of them.

You are what you eat. In my cooking class it is important to think first: what do I like to eat? What would I like to learn to cook? This is the starting point to get to know the different cooking techniques and ingredients. Just come with your favorite food / preferences / cooking suggestions and together you can surprise your friends after less time. I teach in German, English and Spanish and offer cooking courses from Mediterranean and Latin American gastronomy.
