About Yassar
I like gastronomy Thai, French, Lebanese, Italian, reading, music, quiet, hiking, swimming, meditation. I like to travel light and to discover in particular the landscapes. I lived in Africa, France, Canada and Lebanon. I especially appreciate authenticity, naturalness and transparency.

Recognized throughout the world, Lebanese cuisine is above all a generous and varied cuisine. I offer cookery workshops in my house in Brignais, 15 minutes from Lyon, where you can discover many Lebanese recipes rich in flavors with an infinite variety of dishes that will satisfy all tastes: tabouleh, houmous (caviar of chickpea ), motabal (aubergine caviar), Chiche taouk (marinated chicken with spices), Kafka (beef dumplings), stuffed vine leaves ... We will cook together in my American kitchen. When booking, you can tell me if you want to prepare appetizers or rather an appetizer and a dish, and what are your preferences. At the end of the workshop, you can either leave with your dishes to taste them at home (in this case, think of bringing containers), or taste them on the spot all together (supplement of 5 euros per person). Yassar For 3 to 6 people Duration of the workshop: minimum 3 hours. Schedule to be set together, I suggest starting at 4pm (or 5pm, depending on the group's constraints).
