Hello! My name is Odwa Sichwayi and I am a professional chef with over six years of experience working in international kitchens, plus one year specializing in baking. I have always been passionate about food and the joy it brings to people’s lives. I am interested in teaching because I love sharing my skills and knowledge with others, helping students gain confidence in the kitchen while discovering the creative side of cooking. Teaching allows me to combine my professional experience with a hands-on, interactive approach, so students not only learn recipes but also essential techniques, kitchen safety, and presentation skills. I enjoy seeing students develop their skills, experiment with new dishes, and feel proud of what they create, whether for everyday cooking, entertaining friends and family, or pursuing a culinary career.
