About Aura
I have worked closely with at least a dozen women who have had a similar life experience as me, and have all gotten positive results from receiving my guidance and support. I love cooking wholesome dishes for myself and others, as well as developing recipes that are anti-inflammatory and safe to eat when dealing with chronic pain.
