About Oge
I want to teach Igbo cooking because I believe our traditional food is an important part of our culture and heritage. I enjoy preparing and sharing authentic Igbo dishes, and I want to help my students learn how to cook this meal correctly and confidently. My lessons are practical, simple and enjoyable, whether you are a beginner or someone who wants to improve your cooking skills or someone that wants to be selling Igbo traditional meals e.g. white rice and banger stew, vegetable stew, banger jollof, vegetable jollof, Abacha, white soup, bitter leaf soup, oha soup etc. I also want to help preserve and pass on the rich flavor and cooking tradition of Igbo cuisine to the next generation.
