I am a Cordon Bleu Qualified Chef with my own Royal Iced Biscuit Company. I have more than 15 years experience in the kitchen, as well as more than 10 year baking and decorating experience. I can teach you all the tips & tricks to decorate for any occasion.

About the lesson

I start at the very beginning, and like to help you understand why the methods to follow are important. I also teach short cuts to certain methods, that will no affect your quality. I like taking my time with each student, as to ensure they understand, as well as testing what they heard as we go along.
