About Katherine

I’m a college student who sat the Leaving Cert not long ago, so I understand the stress, the workload, and the panic before exams. I want to teach grinds because I remember how much of a difference one good explanation can make. My aim is to make subjects clearer, exams less intimidating, and students more confident in their own ability.

About the lesson

Achieved over 90%in all aspects of Leaving Certificate exams.

Worked in the Gaeltacht for three summers teaching young people Irish and I’m actively still involved with the language in college still

I have experience teaching Irish to primary school students all the way up to Leaving Cert students and customise all lessons according to students goals and abilities

Katherine has been tutoring me in Irish for my Leaving Certificate for the past 6 months.

With Katherine’s help, my oral, written, and comprehension skills, have greatly improved. I have moved out of the ‘B’ arena into the ‘A’ arena.

Katherine is always well prepared, and breaks down what can be a difficult language into something much simpler for me. Her clarity of explanation ,and confidence boosting approach, has greatly helped me.

I would recommend Katherine to all levels and years, definitely a 5 star tutor.
