About Laura

I am a pastry chef, I study gastronomy at the Mariano Moreno school, I have 11 years of experience, I have been a cooking teacher for children in the mini chef world academy and gave group workshops for adults on sushi and pizza. Additionally, I realized pastry workshops at the Colombian Institute of Bakery and Pastry.

About the lesson

Each student prepare their own recipes creating a personalized and autonomous experience generating better learning. The virtual classes are by zoom, the package of ingredients of the class to be prepared is sent and while the student develops the class recipe.
