I am a French national who cooks professionally in fine dining. In my carrier, I have learned to work with many people from all corners of the world and varied personalities. I have even cooked for royalty and high-profile personalities.

About the lesson

My lessons are catered to and personalized for each and every student.

I will teach you from the basics of cooking to the most technical recipes while giving you insights into trade secrets and anecdotes of past experiences.

Lessons will be planned together beforehand with the subject, length, ingredients, and accessories needed for the class. Do not worry about having the right accessories as this can be amended.
