About Jakob

Hi, my name is Jakob. I'm 25 years old and passed my first state exam in the 2025/1 examination period. I'm currently pursuing a doctorate externally in Munich in the field of capital markets law. After completing my studies, I'd like to take the opportunity to share my experiences from my studies and exam preparation. My goal is to help you truly understand legal structures, confidently identify typical exam problems, and formulate clear and precise solutions. Together, we'll work to ensure you go into exams and term papers well-prepared and with the necessary confidence!

About the lesson

I offer tutoring for law students of all semesters – from the beginning of their studies to exam preparation. In addition to the standard exam material, I also teach business law, particularly corporate and capital markets law. This is not only my area of specialization, but I am also currently pursuing my doctorate. My tutoring focuses on developing a solid, systematic understanding and solving legal problems in a structured manner. The goal is to confidently identify typical exam scenarios, work precisely with the law, and maintain a clear overview even when faced with unfamiliar situations. Whether it's a term paper, an exam, or exam preparation – my own exam results, including a score of over 10 points in the state-administered portion, a "good" grade in the university portion, and my experience at leading commercial law firms, provide me with the expertise to support you in handling legal tasks confidently and systematically, even under pressure.
