About Igbokwe

I am Igbokwe Adanne Angel.I am from Enugu State. Growing up cooking has always been one of the most important things to learn especially in a big family like mine where everyone has different choices and tastes I have learnt to master it all differently.cooking is a form of art for me and it will be of so much joy to me if I am to share my art with others.

About the lesson

As the first daughter in an Igbo home,I have been trained to master and to know all sorts of Igbo foods and delicacies as expected of a home maker I have learnt about my family’s likes , dislikes and different allergies I have learnt how to mix and master different spices/ingredients for different foods.
