I am CIPD qualified which means I have over 10 years experience teaching adults. However with two children of my own I also love to inspire children to cook yummy and healthy foods.
I am teaming two passions; cooking and teaching to bring inspiration and a passion to cook into others lives.

About the lesson

Fun, highly interactive, inspiring, creative, relaxing yet progressive! I'm a visually creative person and like to teach/train/facilitate by first providing a 'What's in it for me' proposal ... I.E what are YOU, the student going to gain. The lesson thereafter will be professionally 'deconstructed', meaning that whilst a structure of content will be proposed, it will be primarily driven by the student in order to set the pace, maximise the results the student wishes to achieve and allow for 'adhoc' yet relevant diversions.
