About Sara
I am a Childcare worker, a self-taught amateur artist and currently studying art therapy, qualfied adults and childrens yoga instructor. I am also a qualified Vegan Nutritionist and Chef as I am Vegan myself and would love to inspire and help others transitioning to a plant-based diet and to see how tasty vegan meals can be.

I would love to teach individual and group classes how delicious Vegan food can be and I am used to cooking meat and vegetarian meals for family also. I want to show people how they can make healthy and quick meals especially for those who struggle trying to swtich to plantbased cooking and get used to new versatile cooking methods and meals on a plantbased diet.
