About Jessica

I have been cooking for about 10 years now. One of the first foods I learned how to make was rice and beans; you wont believe it but it took almost 3 hours lol. I understand the frustration and lack of knowledge you may have around cooking and planning. I am here to help you build confidence around food and the kitchen life so you are able to feed yourself a healthy balanced meal and the people you love.

About the lesson

This tutor session will build your confidence in the kitchen to cook for yourself a meal and others. I will teach you how to budget and food shop giving you what you need for the week to meal prep. I will introduce new ways on seeing and creating a meal with what you already have at home so you dont overspend. You will learn how to properly clean your foods before cooking. Kitchen set up etc
