The environment is very positive and motivating! The job is very flexible to my school schedule, and I am encouraged to try new things and to pursue my passions and ambitions in life. I get to learn martial arts AND develop my business skills such as effective communication and leadership abilities. I trust Sensei Jackson as well as my co-workers. I know they have my best interest at heart.
