About Rhea
Blue card holder, with a strong background in science and a genuine passion for the subject, I find great fulfillment in sharing knowledge and helping others discover the wonder of how the natural world works. Teaching allows me to break down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas and make learning an enjoyable and empowering experience. I particularly enjoy seeing the moment when a student truly understands something they once found difficult—that spark of confidence is incredibly rewarding. My goal is to make science not only clear but also engaging, so that students feel inspired, curious, and motivated to learn more.

My teaching style is highly visual, using both hand-drawn and digital diagrams to help students clearly understand complex concepts. Lessons typically run for just over an hour and are designed to be interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I’ve previously taught Year 12 Biology under the Queensland curriculum and am confident teaching all levels and ages up to Year 12. Additional lessons can be scheduled as needed—especially around exam periods—for extra support and revision.

Rhea was a great tutor for me while I was in Grade 12 last year, she consistently came on time and was able to give good learning techniques and strategies for me. She was also able to adapt to my learning style by relating the different topics to things I understood better which was extremely helpful.
