About Javier
I have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most of it in high-expectation environments, including some of the best bars and restaurants in Madrid.
My focus is on creativity, exploiting the concept of liquid food to design innovative cocktail menus; hospitality, delivering exceptional service under pressure; and bar management, optimizing quality control and daily operations.
I'm also a certified spirits sommelier, with a specialization in whiskey, so I can provide in-depth knowledge, from history and production to tasting and serving.
I'll help you build real skills and confidence, whether you're looking to grow at home or behind the bar.
