About Stéphane

Professional stuntman since 2010 and sportsman (multi sports) since 1997, I teach various sports in school and in particular. Specialized first in parkour, stunts and acrobatics, I offer here a teaching on defense in real conditions thanks to the teachings that I followed in Kung-fu, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and other martial arts without forgetting Capoeira and of course, the school of life and the street.

About the lesson

- I rely on the tangible and the concrete. No frills with parasitic movements in defense, I put forward the practical side of the thing and not the artistic side (that is for my teaching of the stunt that I reserve). - I propose a work on psychology and the fear which paralyzes us during a situation of combat and aggression. I also base myself on my personal experience, having been confronted more than once with assaults and physical provocations - We work in a good mood and with a smile even if the subject is serious. Jokes are welcomed

J'avais beaucoup de mal à être serein dans ma ville à cause de nombreuses agressions et après 3 cours de self défense avec stéphane, j'ai non seulement moins peur car j'ai pris confiance en moi mais j'ai évolué plus vite que si j'avais pris des cours dans un club.
