About Tyler

I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, a black belt in Wuxing Tao Kungfu and owner of the Den of Five Elements Martial Arts Academy! I also have certifications in MMA Conditioning Specialization and Sports Nutrition. I also am about to graduate with an exercise science degree.

About the lesson

I teach both in person and virtually. I offer lessons in personal training, Nutrition help, and many skills in martial arts including Kungfu, weapons, and Mixed martial arts! I teach at a pace that is suitable for you! Let me help you improve your skills, confidence, and self-efficacy!
